He said I have a bulbous nose and the nasal tip cartilage is very developed,, -_-; Most bulbous noses have a blunt tip and look big,,,, mine is exactly that case,, He would make incisions on both alar sides, (incisions through the inside of the nose) gather the spread-out cartilage narrower, and if cartilage is insufficient, use ear cartilage. That was roughly the content~ It was an open approach. I didn't want an open approach, but he said if it's not done open, he can't do it in the style he wants, and there are many limitations. So he recommended an open approach~ The fact that incisions were needed felt a bit uncomfortable, but the doctor said that if only the nasal tip is gathered, it barely looks like anything was done, and there is hardly any difference between before and after surgery. So even he doesn't feel rewarded after doing it,, lol Saying that, it was like, let's make the incisions. The cost was up to 2 million won in cash. It was a bit cheaper than I expected, so I was satisfied in terms of cost; They said the swelling would go down in about 10 days. He would not incise both alar sides, (different from Kwon Jang-deok,) and would focus on nasal tip surgery. He would gather the spread nasal cartilage, (nasal cartilage alone is sufficient) extend the septal cartilage so that the slightly upturned-looking nose would look slim and slightly longer with a stretched-out feel. He pursued a natural look, and although he was not incising both alar sides, the surgical method was still open. No matter how I do it, I guess it's open for me.. -_-; The impression I got was that he was very confident, and the manager also seemed to explain things very nicely and calmly.
