I’m thinking about cheekbone surgery, and in terms of stability, I feel like nothing beats a scalp incision. But if I do a scalp incision, I’m worried about scarring If I get cheekbone surgery, I also want to try cutting my hair short, but if there are incision marks all over my scalp, that would be really difficult. I’m wondering whether it can be covered with hair transplantation or scalp micropigmentation, and ideally I hope the scar won’t be noticeable in the first place, so I’m curious what kind of marks are left.
