The lobby was large and clean, but the treatment area was cramped. The female doctor explained things kindly, but there was no separate consultation before the procedure. Even in terms of aftercare, the explanations tended to be vague, and the aftercare for Potenza that I had researched was explained differently. The desk staff also felt a little more businesslike, and when removing sunscreen and cleansing, it felt like things were being done a little quickly. The anesthetic cream was applied sparsely, so some parts hurt.. It is still the same day, so I do not know how the results will turn out later, but the procedure itself was fine, and the other side factors were disappointing.
