My eyes are small both horizontally and vertically, so if I get ptosis correction, it seems like the horizontal width would become even shorter. But I am worried because the distance between my eyes is also narrow for medial epicanthoplasty. What kind of surgery do you think would be good to look into? I am attaching a photo.
