I have looked around at about 8 places so far, and among them I am drawn to these three: ㄷㄹ, ㅎㅇㅇㄷ, and ㄷㄷㅇ. When I said I wanted bulbous nose surgery without an implant, other hospitals also said this, but they said that for bulbous nose surgery and for improving the nose looking spread out, the nasal tip has to be raised, but if it is done without an implant, a step-off can form with the nasal bridge, so they cannot raise it much, meaning the effect would be minimal. That is why I am conflicted. ㄷㄹ and ㄷㄷㅇ did say that kind of thing, but they also said it should be raised a little, and it seemed okay, so I am drawn to them. But ㅎㅇㅇㄷ said that if I do not use silicone, they would fill it with donated dermis...
