First of all, I’m 21 years old. My eyelids are thin, but my eye-opening strength is weak, so they said they would adjust the muscle a little, and I had a partial incision. I didn’t do epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, or anything else haha I had it done in Busan~ ㅋㅋㅋ My appointment was at 2 today, but because a woman scheduled at 1:30 before me came late, I got on the operating table around 3:30? anyway, around then. Before getting on the operating table, I went to the consultation room, took photos ㅡㅡ and they marked the line once (I thought it was in? an in-line? but they said they were doing an out-line ㅡㅡ The line couldn’t be thick, and they would make it natural haha They said my eyes can’t be done as an in-line. Phew.... I had no choice but to do an out-line haha) When I got on the operating table, they tied all my hair back with a headband~ They disinfected my whole face, covered me with a cloth so only my face showed, and while I was waiting, the director came in. I thought it was anesthesia, but he was drawing all over with something like a pen? So I thought, hmm.... he’s designing the line... and then something stung? So I thought, ah..... this is the anesthesia haha. But the sensation was really strange. When the needle went in, it stung, and it hurt less than being pinched haha I’m really dramatic about pain too, and I absolutely can’t handle IVs. I’m the kind of person who goes to the hospital even with just a little cold, but I got one shot in the right eye and one in the left eye, and maybe because the doctor’s technique was good, it only stung a little. If I said it didn’t hurt at all, that would be a lie haha After that, he pressed once, “kkong~,” and immediately while pressing hard on my eye, he cut with something?? I didn’t know the surgery had started ㅡㅡ But he was doing it ㅡㅡ He sliced something, then burned something with something that went tta-dak tta-dak. There was a burnt smell, so maybe it was hemostasis? Or maybe burning fat haha The feeling of suturing was like something being pulled out long and then going back in haha anyway it was fascinating (I didn’t know anesthesia worked that fast. He put the knife on me in less than a minute, but it didn’t hurt haha) He did the left side first, then the right haha It was over in about thirty minutes. I got an ice pack, got medicine? (probably pumpkin juice), got a prescription, and took a taxi home. They told me to come again tomorrow.... why? ㅡㅡ Wow I really thought it would hurt, but even after the anesthesia wore off, it only hurt a little for me haha When the anesthesia wore off, it did hurt more than when I got the injections. But the pain would sting and then feel achy~ It’s such a unique feeling hahaㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I’m writing this now while using the ice pack~ It’s nice that there are little eye holes open. My family can look at my eyes comfortably too haha (because the computer is in the living room_) I’m worried because my eyes are very swollen. My period happened to start today, so I think I’ll swell more haha I even took vitamins, so please, I hope it only swells a little.
