After removing the cotton inside my nose, I have so much runny nose on both sides. How should I remove the nasal discharge? I'm wondering if I can wipe it with a cotton swab. If I don't wipe it, could it cause inflammation? And it's normal to see the stitches on one side where I had nostril reduction, right? It sometimes throbs a little there too. Is that normal too? It's my first time, so I have a lot of questions
