I went for a consultation through an acquaintance’s recommendation without going anywhere else and booked right away. It’s been a while so I don’t remember well, but I think there was a consultation fee. I had revision surgery under general anesthesia using costal cartilage. During the consultation, they said it would be good to do forehead fat grafting together, so I said I would add it. On the day of surgery, they said fat harvesting would be cumbersome because of the general anesthesia, so they suggested doing just the nose for now, and I only did the nose. The nasal tip had not been operated on, so later I paid an additional fee, had auricular cartilage harvested, and had it done again lolololol
