I decided to do it with Mense through an inframammary incision at ㅂㄴㄴ, and because of my breast size, I don’t think the inframammary scar will show much, so I’m relieved for now. But I’m worried that reducing the swelling will be really hard ㅠㅠㅠ I’ve seen a lot of posts saying it’s good to take frequent walks, but I’m the type who gets cold easily, so honestly I’m not confident I can walk every day. I feel like I should at least do some home care at home. Is there anything good? After getting breast surgery, I’m more worried about the swelling, the stiff/aching feeling, and the pain. I feel like the breasts themselves will probably turn out well.
