I only had a consultation. Even though I had made a reservation in advance, the waiting time was long. And the entire building was a hospital... there were also a lot of patients from other countries, which probably means it is famous, but it felt like a factory. I guess that cannot be helped for a large hospital. But Dr. Kim Ki-gap explained everything in great detail and was incredibly kind during the consultation, so I was happy. I asked a lot of questions, and he showed me photos of the surgical results from patients with cases similar to mine, which was helpful. Still, the doctor did seem very busy..
