I had cartilage tying and a columellar strut, and they shaved down the hump a little. Only ear cartilage was used. Since I had a crooked nose, they adjusted it slightly while doing the nasal tip. The swelling still hasn't gone down fully, so the nasal ala area is a bit blunt. There are sometimes people here asking for information, so I'm just posting this so they can compare and get whatever information they want. I also searched a lot and got information before having surgery, so I want this to be helpful. I wanted to fix it only slightly and naturally. People say that if you use ear cartilage, it droops, but not much time has passed, so I don't really know. If it droops, I'll post again then.
