A long time ago, I had rhinoplasty here with silicone and ear cartilage. My bridge wasn’t especially low, but they said to put in silicone even if they had to shave it down a bit. I was young and didn’t know anything, so I said okay (my mom chose the clinic at the time). In the end, I got contracture and had revision surgery. It wasn’t even raised that much.. I really had only a slight augmentation, so people around me didn’t even know it was surgery. For reference, one high school friend who had surgery here had a nose that was really flat and small, and she ended up with a complete Gangnam-beauty nose. She was so dissatisfied right after surgery that she immediately started looking into revision. Another friend had a nose that was originally a bit long and large, so maybe because of that, they barely touched the tip and just raised the bridge a bit, so she seemed fairly satisfied. I don’t think they’re good at high-difficulty procedures. If your nose is already well-balanced and you only want a slight bridge augmentation, maybe it’s okay here, but otherwise...
