Removal of nasal silicone implant

It’s been about a year and a half since I had a 7 mm silicone implant on the nasal bridge, osteotomy, septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and alar reduction. There is some show-through and my nose is also really uncomfortable, so I want to remove it. I’m a man, and originally my nasal bridge was a bit low and my nasal tip was somewhat wide. If I remove only the silicone, lower the nasal tip to match that, and redo the osteotomy too, will the shape be very different from before I had surgery? Since I already had alar reduction done, what kind of nose shape would I have if I remove only the silicone? Is there anyone like me? Would it be closer to my original nose, or somewhere in between that and the operated nose?
