Before-before-after-after-after-before Hello, it has already been one month since I had eye and nose surgery. When I was born, I had no interest in plastic surgery at all, but after becoming an adult, I gradually became interested in self-care and grooming. Of course, back then I didn’t particularly think I should get plastic surgery, but because I normally had a hump nose, I only had thoughts like, would nose surgery make it look better?
Then I enlisted in the military, and I found out that more seniors than I expected were getting plastic surgery and simple procedures to prepare for discharge, and I started thinking, ah, it would be nice if my nose looked cooler too, so I decided to get nose surgery. For about a year, I did online research on around 10 plastic surgery clinics, and finally visited 4 plastic surgery clinics in person.
Among the 4 clinics, the reason I decided to have surgery at Oblie Plastic Surgery was that before going, I had seen posts and comments saying, “Dr. Kim Da-alm examines things thoroughly,” and “Even if you don’t have surgery, I recommend at least getting a consultation,” but there are originally so many clinics.. and I’m the type who doesn’t really trust things unless I personally get a consultation, so I didn’t strongly trust any of the clinics until I had consultations there.. However, after the consultation, I learned that the problems with my current nose had many aspects that could be improved through the use of a customized silicone implant, and anyone who has had a plastic surgery consultation will know this, but because of the director’s schedule, it’s hard for them to give each patient a meticulous consultation and explain every detail. But Dr. Kim Da-alm really carefully pointed out the problems with my current nose and what could be improved!! There were really many other reasons too! But finally, I had this feeling of “Ah, if it’s this person, I can entrust my face to them,” and it hit me right away, so I decided to have surgery and went through with itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
So I got onto the operating table, finished the surgery that had made me nervous! Right after surgery, it was a bit hard because of the cotton inside my nose, but it was bearable for me, and living with the splint on for a week was a little uncomfortable, but I think it was still manageable. Many people worry that it will be very hard, but I think those who will get plastic surgery later or have plans for plastic surgery don’t need to worry too much either.
And now it has been one month since the surgery, and even though there is still swelling, I think I’m very satisfied because the shape of my nose and my complex have improved. I’m grateful to the doctor who performed the surgery well, and I’m also truly grateful to the consultant and nurses who kindly welcome me every time I go~ I hope this can be helpful for anyone planning plastic surgery or wanting to get a consultation!
