I had bulbous nose correction and bulbous nose surgery together. After surgery, when the splint was removed, even taking swelling into account, it looked more awkward than I expected. I keep thinking I should have just not done it, ha lol. Looking at old photos, it was so natural. I’m thinking I just haven’t adjusted to my higher nose yet, and I’m working hard on reducing the swelling.
