I'm half unsure whether to just touch up my nasal tip and columella area and use silicone, or go implant-free. I've been to about 4 places so far, so please recommend some places.
The first hospital was a really huge plastic surgery clinic as a whole. I waited a lot after going there, and I arrived on time, but after finishing the consultation and coming out, about two hours had passed. I had come up from outside Seoul, so I felt so disillusioned.. I also wondered if everywhere runs this late. And during the consultation, the doctor only came in very briefly, said it would probably be enough to put in silicone and raise the tip with ear cartilage, and that was it. It felt like about 3 minutes.. They said if I paid a deposit of several hundred thousand won first before leaving, I could get a discount of several hundred thousand won, so it felt like I was being pressured from the start. I had a few more hospitals booked for consultations, but my mentality was shattered from the beginning
Second hospital, they said to do nasal tip + columella + silicone + osteotomy + ear cartilage, but with all that, it went way over my budget The doctor was kind and the consultant was okay too, but compared to other places, a lot more was added to the surgical method, so the price became too high. I'm still thinking about it
At the third hospital, they said it would be better to do it without an implant. The consultation time with the doctor felt like about an hour, longer than other places, and since it's a hospital specializing in revision rhinoplasty, they said they only do 2 surgeries a day, and only 1 if it's a difficult surgery, so I felt I could trust them. Rather than raising the whole nose, they recommended safely using ear cartilage without side effects. I guess you could say I felt very reassured. The consultant also said she had revision surgery from the director. I also liked that they showed me something like expected results on the computer in 3D, comparing the look with an implant and without an implant.
Fourth hospital, I liked this place too. The director recommended implant-free surgery and said that if silicone is inserted too aggressively, since my nose is on the long side, it could look aesthetically more off-putting. They suggested about the plan I wanted: implant-free + columella + lifting the nasal tip. They explained everything very kindly here too, so I'm debating now.
Hospitals 3 and 4 are Jeongseok and Migo. How are they? I want to hear what you all think ~~~~
