Review after revision surgery for a bulbous nose

It has been 5 years since I had revision rhinoplasty. Silicone and ear cartilage were used, and my nose definitely became smaller than before. I originally had a bulbous nose, and in my first surgery, L-shaped silicone was used. The overall shape wasn’t bad, but after the surgery, breathing was uncomfortable and I had a foreign-body sensation. I mentioned it when I went to the hospital for a follow-up after surgery, but they said there was nothing wrong. Also, I don’t know if it was scar tissue or if something was handled incorrectly during surgery, but some parts of the nasal tissue became bumpy and sunken. Now I’m going to look into revision surgery again.
