Everything has become natural now. It's definitely not just because I had surgery, but whether you get surgery or not clearly shows in photos. For women, it's maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. The balance between my nose and lips is right, and it has settled without looking overly done, so I'm very satisfied. The scars inevitably show a bit, but thankfully I didn't develop hypertrophic scar tissue, so that's such a relief haha
