Improving my hump nose and arrow nose were the most serious issues, and the nasal bridge bones spreading sideways were my biggest concern. After searching hard through reviews and information, I found Our Plastic Surgery, and while looking closely through the website, I liked the aesthetic direction the director pursues, and above all, it seemed like a place that considers patients a lot regarding CCTV, so I chose it. The photo I brought at first was a photo of Shin Se-kyung!! I wanted a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line for my nose, so I said I wanted a natural-looking nose (I emphasized that I disliked an obvious-looking nose and a semi-saddle nose). When I went to consultations at other hospitals, they recommended using rib cartilage, but Director Lee Woo-yeon said I probably didn't need to use rib cartilage, and after getting the surgery, I think if I had used rib cartilage, it would have looked too excessive. He said using rib cartilage would likely look very obvious, so I'm really so grateful that he recommended septal cartilage without using it.. The cost was also much more reasonable than other hospitals, and I liked that there was no recommendation for unnecessary procedures! My friend had hump nose surgery at another hospital, and both to the touch and to the naked eye it turned out bumpy, so I worried a lot about what if mine turned out like that too, but that worry was pointless because even when I touch it, it's smooth and came out as a perfect straight-to-slightly-curved line. I'm so happy because friends around me tell me my nose surgery seems to have turned out the best and ask where I had it done. Right now I have no side effects with my nose at all, no drooping of the nasal tip, and it's maintaining smoothly. The hump and arrow nose, which were my biggest concerns, were completely improved. There are also no issues with columella length, nasal bridge deviation, or asymmetric nostrils, which I was most worried about! And I had often heard that the speed at which swelling goes down after surgery depends on the director's skill, and my swelling went down super fast. During the consultation, the consultant also said that the director works quickly with his hands, so I wouldn't swell much, and even if I did, it would go down quickly. It really went down so quickly and well. The director has quick hands! The consultant is very, very kind!! Unlike the merely formal consultants at other factory-style clinics, even when I kept asking bothersome questions over KakaoTalk, she explained everything one by one so kindly.
