My alar width was a complex, and I finally got it done. It was done with injection anesthesia instead of sleep sedation, and it didn’t hurt at all. After the surgery, as soon as I looked in the mirror, I was so satisfied that I wondered why I only did it now. I’m so happy I don’t have to reduce my nostril wings with an app anymore
