A long time ago, 4 years ago, I had surgery for a bulbous nose, and only had autologous cartilage for the nasal tip and nostril reduction. I didn’t have silicone inserted separately, and the doctor wanted to do osteotomy, but I didn’t do that either, so now I regret it. I asked for it to be done very naturallyㅜ but now, 4 years later, it’s so natural that no one can tell whether I had it done or notㅠ I want to get revision surgery again, but I also feel like I might regret it if I do it for no reason. If I get revision surgery, what material do people usually use? Autologous rib cartilage? I really don’t want to put in silicone if possible ㅠ
