It has been 5 months since I had rhinoplasty with Director Kim Hyun-soo at Grida Plastic Surgery. Before surgery, my nasal bridge was really low. Overall, my face lacked three-dimensionality, and especially from the side, my impression looked rather flat. Before surgery, I didn’t want anything that looked too artificial, and my goal was to create an impression that was as natural as possible, neat, and defined. The surgery was performed with an open approach, and silicone and autologous septal cartilage were used together. The nasal bridge was enhanced naturally, and the nasal tip was adjusted only slightly, without overdoing it. In my current state, from the front it looks neatly aligned, and from the side, the line from the forehead to the nose and mouth connects naturally, so my face overall looks more refined and balanced. People around me also often say my face looks more defined, and I definitely feel that my impression has improved. To summarize, my satisfaction is high. I was able to create a clean and masculine impression without it being excessive, and I think it can be a good choice for those considering surgery.
