This morning while doing my makeup, I suddenly thought of my old nose, so I’m writing a review lol. I got rhinoplasty without an implant from Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho. Rather than making it dramatic, I absolutely wanted it to look naturally defined. I really hated the idea of silicone looking obvious, and I also didn’t want it to look like “I got a nose job,” so I kept asking to have it done without an implant. As you can tell from the before photos, my columella was drooping, and I had a long nose, hooked nose, and hump nose.
