I think the consultation alone took 1 hour. They started by explaining the materials first, and said that septal cartilage gives a natural look, but the nose has to be raised according to the thickness, degree of curvature, and the size of the cartilage I have, so it won’t lift up or collapse later. They said costal cartilage is firm, so it’s good for making the glamorous nose I wanted, and I chose autologous costal cartilage.
