I really wanted to make it as high as Winter’s, but I guess that isn’t possible. My nose is so small to begin with, and it’ll get even lower once the swelling goes down. I used autologous costal cartilage and told the director that I wanted it high, but if this is the result, there’s probably no hope even with revision surgery, right? Would it look higher if I lost more weight? What does everyone think it looks like?
