Before surgery, my nose felt a bit short and broad, so every time I took photos I kept thinking, ah, my nose is a bit disappointing. But surgery also scared me, so I feel like I just kept thinking about it for years lol Then I heard it could be done with a non-open approach at the clinic, and that really changed my mind.
