Review of functional rhinoplasty for a man

My nose was low, so a few years ago I tried filler and was satisfied, but I ended up needing rhinitis surgery, so since they were going to open it anyway, I decided to do cosmetic surgery together. I had rhinitis surgery and surgery for a deviated nasal septum, and for my nose they used silicone and septal cartilage. Maybe that was enough, because they didn’t use ear cartilage. I felt my nasal bridge was very low, so I wanted 5-6 mm, but my skin was thin and wouldn’t stretch, so we did 4-5 mm. It turned out natural without looking obviously done, and especially the reason I chose an ENT clinic was that I heard if you do it at a plastic surgery clinic, functional problems often recur and can’t be treated, so I decided on it.
