It has been 2 weeks since I had square jaw surgery. One side, let’s say fine, but the other side is like, did I even get surgery?... You can’t really tell by looking, but when I touch it, it’s asymmetric. It’s been 2 weeks, so of course there is still swelling. I may be thinking too hastily, but today I went to another hospital (one specializing in facial contouring) and got an X-ray taken (that’s how desperate I was..). The doctor said one side looks like it was barely shaved at all, and the other side was shaved just barely avoiding the danger zone... (I was originally asymmetric, though.) They even asked if my nerve was okay... They said if a secondary angle is visible even with swelling still remaining, a secondary angle will 100% form... It’s driving me crazy. I spent so much money, suffered through this in the middle of summer... The doctor said since swelling still remains, I will likely need revision surgery after 6 months... And when I said the name of the hospital where I had surgery, they said the doctor there isn’t even a specialist and asked if I knew that. Of course I didn’t know. I need revision surgery, but can I get a refund? It’ll be hard, right? I never want to have surgery there again... I resent myself for having surgery without looking into it enough. If anyone has experience, please help me.. Pleeease....ㅠ.ㅠ
