I’m someone who had revision surgery at the end of 2024. My midface is on the longer side, but I wanted to raise the nasal tip a bit and make it look more natural, since it had been too pressed down before. I think I looked a lot for places that guaranteed safety. I also absolutely avoided places that seemed like they would operate on a bulbous nose by just putting a stone on top of it, and I searched online and went around in person so much, but I can’t believe I ended up coming back here again hahaha. It’s not like it totally failed, but I came back because I feel disappointed, and I realized that a short nose suits me. This time they even harvested rib cartilage, so I have a scar too sob. So I’m going to think about it again, no matter what…
