Since alar reduction only reduces the size of the alae, I guess it’s not recommended if the nasal tip is large? Anyway, my nose size definitely got smaller, and I don’t know why, but the central area also looks a bit shorter. I’m so satisfied, and as for redness, when I go to an aesthetic shop they only say the area around my nose is a little red. No one around me notices at all, and daily life is possible after 4-5 days. Honestly, it’s possible even two days after.
