My job isn’t one where my face is extremely important, and I’m thinking about getting nose surgery once for my own satisfaction. I don’t want anything too excessive, so even if I do it, I only want a slight change. For men’s rhinoplasty, is it usually done once and that’s it, or is it common to have revision surgery?
