I got a consultation because of eye surgery. I had ptosis and a lot of other things I didn't like, so I talked almost as if I were venting, but I was grateful that the consultation manager and director listened well. They didn't make any unnecessary recommendations and just recommended things like, then it would probably be good to do this, so it was fine.
