Originally I was prepared for autologous costal cartilage too, but when they actually opened it up, ear cartilage was enough, so only my ear got cut. My nostrils are not uneven, which is nice, but something white seems to be showing through inside the right nostril. It should not be cartilage, right? It is my first surgery so I am scared. Since it was a same-day surgery, I guess I will have to wait a bit longer.
