At first, I was searching because I was planning to get Hiko, and that’s when I found out about Director Kim In-sang’s Kozelko! After watching the doctor’s YouTube video explaining it in detail, I thought it was a surgery that really suited me haha. When I first went for a consultation, the consultant also explained things kindly and responded well, so I felt very comfortable! My nasal tip was round and slightly droopy, so I wanted to lift just that area a little and make it look slimmer. After the doctor examined me, he said Kozelko was exactly right for me, so I scheduled it right away! I used ear cartilage. As for the post-op review, honestly it feels a bit ambiguous to even call it surgery!! As someone who has experienced Hiko countless times, after Hiko I would have a foreign-body sensation in my nose for more than 2 weeks, and every time I chewed or talked, there was a really strong unpleasant feeling like something was catching and pulling. But with Kozelko, there’s absolutely no foreign-body sensation, just... no feeling at all.... It was so, so fascinating haha. With Hiko, the thread is inserted from the outside of the nasal tip, so I had to keep a bandage on for several days and a slight red scar would remain, but Kozelko goes in through the inside of the nose, so nothing shows on the outside at all!!! As for bruising, only on the first day blood had pooled so it looked red, but after sleeping one night it turned white again haha. It’s just 100000000 times better than Hiko, and when considering side effects and naturalness, I think it’s 10000000000 times better than nose surgery haha. I’m very satisfied with the result, and the fact that I don’t have to worry about side effects is really, really the best... Our bodies are precious, after all........ hahaha Thank you for making it look pretty!
