On the day of the reduction, the swelling was not severe. I did not feel pain during the surgery, and my nostrils were on the larger side, but the nostril size became smaller and the nasal alae were also refined, so it has the effect of making the nasal bridge look higher. I had felt like my nostrils were facing upward, but that improved a lot. I will post a follow-up review later.
