Ha, this is so hard. I thought my last surgery at the university hospital would be the final one, but they operated on the columella area strangely so that it stuck out completely. This time I didn't do it at a university hospital; I searched around myself and had it done at a plastic surgery clinic. I did it with autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, rather than becoming pretty, I think I'd be so satisfied as long as it looks somewhat natural and symmetrical and smooth, like a normal person. Haㅠㅠ I really hope this is the last time. It's so hard
