My natural nose had some tip height, but the bridge was low, so I got surgery at a neighborhood plastic surgery clinic when I was 21. It's been 5 years, and something protruding like a pimple at the nasal tip is very visible. When I searched it up, it looked similar to cartilage protruding. The previous clinic said it was silicone, and I can also see that my nose is crooked. I think total removal would be good for peace of mind, but the difference in the bridge height is big, so I'm afraid others will noticeㅠ Please recommend one of the two
