If I have revision surgery with autologous dermis, would the risk of side effects be lower? I don’t think I have inflammation, but it sometimes turns red, so I’m planning revision surgery. I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and silicone was used for the nasal bridge. I sometimes had a foreign-body sensation or pressure, but it didn’t hurt. But when the weather is cold or there is some temperature difference, my nasal tip and bridge turn red, and the stress is really severe.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
