It would be my first surgery, and I’m thinking about surgery using autologous dermis or cartilage instead of implants. Are there any clinics you would recommend? I’m also looking into Kozelko or Kazelko, but there’s too little information. I want to have surgery with as few side effects as possible, so if anyone has had rhinoplasty, please recommend some places
