It’s been a little over 2 months after the before/after/after photos, and the line seems to have turned out so natural that only friends I told about my surgery know. Before removing the cotton packing, it was pretty uncomfortable, but after it was removed, it was manageable, so I got through it without much discomfort. I didn’t really take anything specifically to manage swelling or bruising, I just went to my follow-up consultations carefully and followed the precautions they told me to avoid, and as the swelling went down naturally, the line settled into place. I guess this is why people say time is the best medicine for cosmetic surgery.
