I had revision rhinoplasty, day 8 (Photos removed)

During my first surgery 6 years ago, I had my nose built up all the way to the nasal tip with an L-shaped silicone implant, and the nasal tip skin became too thin, the tip drooped, and the shape was straight, so I had it redone this time I live outside Seoul, so it was really hard coming all the way to Seoul for surgery. It still hurt (when I had my previous surgery, it really hurt so much). The nasal bridge is silicone, and for the nasal tip, because my skin is too thin, I couldn't use ear cartilage (they say that in people with thin skin, the cartilage outline can look prominent). The nasal tip was done with Gore-Tex, and the nasal cartilages were tied. I begged and pleaded for them to raise my nasal tip as much as possible,, but they said this is all that can be done I had such resentment about having a straight nose that I wanted a perfect beoseon-style nose, but cosmetic surgery doesn't always go the way you want.. right~? I had my stitches removed yesterday. There is still swelling between the eyebrows, and the nasal tip seems slightly higher than before. What I like most is that the silicone doesn't show through. After my previous surgery, it showed through a lot. This time, overall it has gotten a bit plumper, but could this also be swelling?? Once the swelling goes down, it won't become too thin and pointy again, right?? Oh no, that can't happen ㅡㅡ; Oh, right,, I washed my face yesterday for the first time in a week, and dead skin came off like crazy~ I also got sebum on my nose. What did everyone do about this?? If I just leave the sebum alone, will it go away?? I can't use a nose strip either.. What should I do??
