I trusted and relied a lot on this community, and I’m someone who spends every day wandering around looking for information through this hellish time after a failed cosmetic surgery. Even though there’s been a lot of talk about brokers and whatnot... I thought, surely... still, if there were people who failed after doing it, word would naturally get out, and I believed they wouldn’t be running that rampant. Well. Even now, I can’t be certain. But... Of course, there are clinics that are good, but I believe even at those clinics, failed cases can happen. A clinic that can reduce that probability as much as possible and make most people satisfied would be a truly good clinic. That certain ENT clinic, the one being talked about a lot lately. I don’t know whether there are brokers for that place or what. Someone who had surgery at that clinic uploaded photos and asked everyone here for opinions, and in the replies, someone got really... heated and said that kind of doctor really should take off the white coat, asking how they could make a nose like that. They said the doctor had no qualification to operate. They said it absolutely had to be entrusted to a properly specialized doctor. So I sent that person a private message. They seemed like someone who knew a lot.. someone who had been through a lot.. Then... about that certain ENT clinic, they sent me a long, detailed message strongly recommending it. I was a bit confused... so I sent that person, "I think the person in that photo had surgery there, though" and they jumped up and down saying there was no way.. asking if I really knew properly and saying that couldn’t be true.. But fortunately, that doctor seemed to have a conscience.. I saw another post where the case was resolved well.... and then I knew for sure.. that it was that clinic, and just in case I was mistaken.. I went back to the photo where that previous comment had been posted. The comment from that person who had told me that such an unspecialized doctor should take off the white coat and had no qualification to operate... had vanished.. Maybe they deleted it because their own surgery went well, so they trusted the doctor with 100% confidence, and they were embarrassed that they had misunderstood? Sometimes when I exchange a lot of private messages, there are times when the smell of a broker is very strong. If someone’s own result truly turned out well, they talk a lot about their own story. Even without reciting the doctor’s profile, just saying that their own result was good and that they’re satisfied is enough. But brokers... rather than talking about their own surgery, talk more about the doctor’s credibility. I’m just an ordinary... failed surgery patient.. and just a normal person who always stops by here hoping to get help.. so I’m briefly writing what I’ve felt over the past year or so. And what I felt is, clinics that become famous here, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, may prosper from that and gain a reputation for being good, but even one instance of damage can also have a big effect. There will be more to bear because of that. That much. It’s human psychology to worry about becoming the 1 failed case out of 100. Of course, those cases are common at any clinic. Everyone.. please... make sure you choose a clinic that suits you well, and I hope you get the chance to transform not into someone with social withdrawal like me, but into someone with confidence.
