It's been one week since fat injection

It has been exactly one week since I had fat injections on the 10th.. The doctor says it has become very natural for only one week, but to me it feels so strange, like it isn't my face.. I had it put almost all over my face: forehead, cheeks, nasolabial fold area, nose..
