I’ve been obsessing over my eyes lately, so I’m posting this. My eyes are short horizontally, and I think my eyelid skin is thick with a lot of fat. The distance between my eyes is too wide, so I want epicanthoplasty, but I’m worried because my lacrimal caruncles already show quite a bit. The white of the eye is less exposed at the outer side than at the inner side, so I’m considering lateral lower canthoplasty plus double-eyelid surgery with an inner double-eyelid line. Everyone, please leave your opinions.
