As soon as I went in, the doctor stared at my eyes for 5 seconds and asked, "What do you want to have done?"
For me, it was revision surgery: I explained that my concern was the puffy sausage-like swelling that appears when I lower my eyes. (I went after watching YouTube, knowing that the director specializes in a method that loosens the fixation.)
Then the doctor said, <It can be improved. However, the double eyelid may become very thin. If you are still okay with that, have the surgery.>
The doctor explained while drawing on A4 paper and asked if I had any more questions. The consultation ended briefly, in about 5 minutes.
In the consultation, I think the doctor only explained the approximate surgical method, and according to reviews, the detailed design is done meticulously during surgery.
