Usually when a saddle nose develops, they say septal reconstruction is needed, right? Most of the information usually mentions using costal cartilage, but what is spreader grafting? I heard spreader grafting is okay even with ear cartilage. Also, I had my hump shaved down and the tip supported with septal cartilage, but I'm thinking about removing it too. If saddle nose develops after removing the implant, are there cases where they reconstruct the septum with septal cartilage at the nasal tip?
