I am going to remove the silicone from the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage from the nasal tip, and leave the costal cartilage strut after shaving it down. There is a step-off in the middle part of the nasal bridge, so they said they would slightly place autologous costal cartilage only on that area. Would that be okay? Honestly, I want to remove everything, but I cannot. Has anyone reinforced only something like a step-off on the nasal dorsum with cartilage while having removal done?
