I had surgery at ㄱㄹㅂ with 2 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and I really liked the shape, but it drooped after just one month.. They said they would do it with autologous costal cartilage. Are they good with costal cartilage there too? I like the front view, but I don’t like the side line, so I’m going to remove the silicone and only raise the nasal tip. Since I liked the previous shape, I’m debating whether to do it there or at another revision surgery clinic. Clinics specializing in costal cartilage make the results too flashy, and at reconstruction clinics I feel like I’d go back to my original noseㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
