I don’t really remember what was used for the nasal tip, but they did cut my ear, and a thin silicone implant was placed in the nasal bridge. The silicone has shifted downward and feels like it might protrude soon. Can I remove only the silicone without touching the nasal tip? Can I rest only until the nasal packing is removed and then go back to work?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
