<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><Currently after surgery><Adding a crooked-photo after nose surgery!>I’ve had a 3.5 mm silicone nasal bridge implant + septal cartilage for over 10 years. So far I haven’t had any side effects from the silicone, but because it’s too high, my originally crooked nose stands out even more. And the nasal cartilage has shifted a bit too.
I’m old enough now..! But seeing my natural nose suddenly made me really scared. My bridge was originally low, and I’ve lived with a very high nose for 10 years..
So I’d like everyone here to think it over with me!!
1. Just remove the silicone, lower the bridge, fill any step-off with cartilage, and improve the frontal view with osteotomy! 2. Since there were no silicone side effects, just go with silicone again. I might regret it because the bridge will be low.
